About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Senior Document Coordinator to join our team in Greater Western Sydney.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on a landmark metro rail infrastructure project, driving economic growth and development in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage document control procedures, ensuring accurate registration, filing, retrieval, disposition, and transmission of engineering documentation.
  • Maintain up-to-date records, including the Agreement's Register, and ensure compliance with specified formats and standards.
  • Distribute documents to vendors and internal stakeholders, as well as archive company records and print/copy documentation as needed.
  • Prepare regular reports on department activity and collaborate with management to drive project success.
  • Ensure seamless communication with internal teams and external partners, utilizing database systems for correspondence and document management.
Requirements
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in administration, document control, procurement, or finance reporting.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years' experience working on large-scale construction projects or similar ventures, with expertise in In-eight TeamBinder and relevant software.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including spreadsheets, databases, word processing, and job-specific tools like Team Binder and Aconex.
  • Excellent time management, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to work autonomously or within a team environment.
