About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for administering Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) subcontractor packages, including claims, variations, and final accounts. They will also assess subcontractor claims and external variations, ensuring compliance with contract terms.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and coordinating a large range of subcontractors and suppliers to maintain construction and resource schedules.
  • Leading the administration of M&E subcontractor packages, including claims, variations, and final accounts.
  • Assessing subcontractor claims and external variations, ensuring compliance with contract terms.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in contract administration for civil infrastructure projects, with a focus on M&E packages. They should possess well-developed knowledge of contract and commercial/finance management principles.

About You

We are looking for someone with:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Commercial, Legal, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in contract administration for civil infrastructure projects, with a focus on M&E packages.
  • Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and proactive mindset.
