About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Administrator to join our downstream commercial team at Parklife Metro. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in managing subcontractor and supplier packages and ensuring the smooth contractual administration of this transformative project.

Project Overview

Parklife Metro has been awarded the Sydney Metro SSSTOM package of works, which includes delivering six new stations between St Marys and the new Aerotropolis, 12 new metro trains, core rail systems, and the stabling and maintenance facility to be built at Orchard Hills.

About Us

Parklife Metro is a consortium comprising Plenary, RATP Dev, Siemens, and Webuild, and we are excited to deliver this city-shaping project. This once-in-a-lifetime PPP project offers a unique opportunity to build your career on the largest PPP project ever awarded in NSW.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage subcontractor and supplier progress claims, variations, and final accounts.
  • Prepare and submit interim progress claims and final accounts, ensuring timely payments.
  • Oversee the performance of subcontractors against the scope of works and the construction schedule.
  • Provide advice to delivery and management teams on contractual issues.
  • Support the Contracts Manager with monthly reporting and cost analysis.
  • Administer and minimise project risks related to claims, variations, and extensions of time.
  • Develop and improve systems and processes for managing contracts effectively.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Engineering, Law, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in contracts administration within civil infrastructure projects.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of commercial management for large-scale infrastructure.
  • Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and well-developed time management abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • WHS White Card is required.
