About this role

At Only About Children, we're seeking a highly skilled Regional Operations Leader to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for providing support and coaching to our Campus Directors, ensuring a high-quality service for children and families.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leadership & Management: Lead a team of Campus Directors, ensuring consistent implementation of best practices across all locations.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee all operational aspects, including staffing, compliance, safety, and enrolment management.
  • Financial Performance: Monitor and manage budgets, forecast revenue, control costs, and optimize resource allocation.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all campuses comply with local and national regulations related to childcare, safety, and educational standards.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with families, staff, and the broader community.
  • Strategic Growth: Work with senior management to develop and implement strategies that drive growth and improve service offerings.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in multi-site management, preferably in the childcare or early education sectors.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of childcare regulations and operational best practices.
  • Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
