The Opportunity

In the role of Regional Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality Manager, you will collaborate with the Regional Leadership Team to implement a strategic framework for HSEQ and foster a resilient culture throughout all operations. Your expertise will be instrumental in identifying and executing strategic initiatives, insights, trends, and customer needs within the HSEQ domain. You will excel in building relationships, ensuring that HSEQ practices are effectively integrated and compliant across operations.

Your proficiency in continuous improvement will ensure our practices align with legislative requirements, customer expectations, and regional business objectives. Reporting to the HSEQ Executive General Manager, you will be supported by a talented team, including Quality Business Partners, HSE Business Partners, P&C Business Partners, and the senior leadership team. This position is based in our Western Sydney office.

What You Will Bring:

  • Proven ability to lead HSEQ transformations through influence, coaching, and collaborative relationships, while nurturing a positive culture
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within HSEQ
  • Extensive experience in at least one HSEQ area, with a track record across all domains
  • Relevant qualifications in Safety, Environment, Sustainability, Quality, or a related field
  • Experience in an industrial or construction sector
  • ICAM lead investigator certification is desirable
