Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team at the Medicare Mental Health Centre in Parramatta, NSW. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in the overall management of the centre, including contract management, performance and reporting, stakeholder engagement, and team management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the centre's operations, ensuring seamless delivery of services and high-quality care to clients.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve centre goals and objectives.
  • Manage centre resources, including budgeting, staffing, and facilities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, families, and community partners.
  • Collaborate with the Clinical Services Manager and Clinical Team Leader to ensure effective clinical operations.
Requirements
  • Tertiary education in a relevant field, such as business, education, health, or human services.
  • Proven experience in strategic planning, program management, and leadership.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Knowledge of the Australian healthcare system and mental health service delivery.
