About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive environment where you can grow professionally and personally. As a Habit Coach, you will be responsible for supporting individuals across all ages and stages of life in their home or community location.
- You will work under the guidance of a primary therapist (Occupational Therapist, Speech Pathologist, Physiotherapist, Key Worker or Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner) to support participants in developing habits that promote greater independence and overall well-being.
The successful candidate will have:
- Certificate III or IV in Allied Health Assistance OR be studying Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology or Physiotherapy (minimum 2nd year) OR equivalent qualification.
- Availability to support participants during their afternoon routines (3:30pm - 6:30pm) on at least two days per week.
- A valid Australian driver's license and access to a vehicle.
- An NDIS Workers Screening Check and Working with Children's Check.
