Independent Living Facility Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to manage the day-to-day operations of an independent living facility.
This is a key leadership role, requiring strong organisational and planning skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of running the facility, including office administration, financial management, asset management, supplier management, and resident and family interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the facility
- Develop and implement effective administrative systems and processes
- Provide high-quality service to residents and their families
- Build and maintain positive relationships with suppliers and stakeholders
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in managing independent living facilities or similar settings
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
