Key Responsibilities

">

You will oversee the implementation of individualised supports within supported independent living accommodation settings (SIL/Group Homes). You will strengthen the knowledge and abilities of our Support Worker team to ensure a person-centered and high-quality culture within the program.

">

You will provide direct support and lead your team across a range of customer needs including domestic and personal care assistance and assisting our customers to access and have a positive connection to the community.

">

This position ensures the operation of an allotted SIL/s with administrative functions whilst providing leadership and mentoring to a team of Disability Support Workers to support and develop skill capacity.

Requirements

">

Previous experience in the Health Sector is highly regarded. A Certificate 4 or higher in a related field is also required.

">

Demonstrated leadership/managment experience is highly regarded. You must be able to work shift work, regular sleepovers/active nights, weekends and public/school holidays with significant availability.

">

Resilience, confidence and the ability to work independently and as a team are essential skills for this role. Strong communication skills with the ability to develop positive relationships are also required.
