Personal Care Support Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our care team as Personal Care Workers. Your primary responsibility will be to provide personalized support and care to our clients, ensuring they can maintain their independence and live life on their own terms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with daily living activities: Helping clients with tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Mobility support: Aiding clients in moving around their home or community, including transfers to and from beds or wheelchairs.
  • Companionship: Providing emotional support and engaging in conversation.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong commitment to enhancing the wellbeing of others. This includes having Cert III in Aged Care/Individual Support (or other relevant qualification), NDIS Worker Screening, Victorian Driver Licence, CPR & First Aid Certificates, and a friendly demeanor and passion for care.
