Concierge Position Overview

This role serves as a key point of contact for Guests and VIPs during their hotel stay, providing information about the property and local area.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Serve as primary liaison for Guests and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Offer advice and booking services on various Guest requests, including tours, events, and amenities.
  • Process and deliver messages for Guests.
  • Provide luggage support and safekeeping.
  • Stay informed about hotel services and VIP requirements.
  • Maintain lobby and front door areas with attention to orderliness and safety.
  • Support management as needed in emergency situations.
