
Hotel Guest Experience Liaison

This role serves as a key point of contact for Guests and VIPs during their hotel stay, providing information about the property and local area.
Main Responsibilities:
- Serve as primary liaison for Guests and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
- Offer advice and booking services on various Guest requests, including tours, events, and amenities.
- Process and deliver messages for Guests.
- Provide luggage support and safekeeping.
- Stay informed about hotel services and VIP requirements.
- Maintain lobby and front door areas with attention to orderliness and safety.
- Support management as needed in emergency situations.
Necessary Qualifications:
- Pleasant demeanor and effective communication skills.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.
- High standards of personal grooming.
- Flexibility to handle diverse work scenarios.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively.
- Familiarity with local surroundings.
Bonus Advantage:
The ideal candidate will have prior experience working as a Concierge in a hotel environment.
