- Hold 2–5 years of experience in a Contracts Administrator or dual CA/Estimator role.
- Possess a background in commercial construction, preferably fit out and refurbishment.
- Demonstrate solid attention to detail and strong communication skills.
- Be able to manage competing priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Have proficiency in estimating and project software (e.g., Buildsoft, Procore, Excel).
