Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Contract Manager to play a pivotal role in delivering large-scale biofuels and bioenergy projects.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to apply your commercial and contract management expertise to projects that make a real difference to the planet. You will manage all contractual and commercial aspects of our projects – from procurement through to execution and delivery.

  • Lead contract preparation, negotiation, execution, and administration across EPC, O&M, licensing, and supply agreements.
  • Manage contract obligations, risks, claims, and variations to achieve strong commercial outcomes.
  • Support procurement and supplier engagement, ensuring partnerships align with our sustainability and innovation goals.
  • Provide trusted commercial advice and governance to project leaders.
  • Build respectful, collaborative relationships with contractors, suppliers, and joint venture partners.
  • Contribute to safe, on-time, and on-budget project delivery.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Law, Engineering, Business, Quantity Surveying, or related discipline.
  • 8+ years' experience in contract management, commercial management, or project delivery in energy, renewables, infrastructure, or industrial projects.
  • Strong knowledge of EPC and O&M contracting models.
  • Proven track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Commercial acumen with a focus on safety, trust, and integrity.
  • Experience in biofuels, bioenergy, or renewables will be highly regarded.
