Contract Administrator Role

We are seeking a Contract Administrator with strong contract management, procurement processes, and cost control skills to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have 2-5+ years of experience in commercial construction contract administration, utilizing software such as Procore, Jobpac, Cheops, Acconex, and Jonas Premier for efficient contract management. They will be responsible for administering commercial construction contracts, liaising with clients, sub-contractors, and suppliers to maintain effective communication and build long-term relationships.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or related field, with a strong understanding of contract management, procurement processes, and cost control. They will also have the ability to oversee cost management, budget tracking, and financial reporting to ensure contractual documentation meets legal and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer commercial construction contracts.
  • Utilize software such as Procore, Jobpac, Cheops, Acconex, and Jonas Premier for efficient contract management.
