Lead Network Support Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our team of network support specialists. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing daily department functions, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving team performance.

The ideal candidate will have experience in front-line people management, strong business acumen, and excellent communication skills. He/She will oversee team performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Customer Satisfaction and Service Quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage team performance and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and service quality.
  • Oversee daily department functions, including staffing and maintaining a positive working environment.
  • Provide feedback and coaching for difficult inquiries, take over support interactions when necessary.
