We are seeking an experienced Business Solutions Consultant to join our team at FourQuarters Recruitment.

Job Description:

This is a dynamic role that requires strong technical and business skills, with a focus on delivering innovative solutions using Microsoft 365 and the Power Platform.

The successful candidate will work closely with various business units to leverage technology and enhance client-focused solutions across the organization. This includes engaging with stakeholders, analyzing business processes, and implementing new solutions to maximize efficiency, automation, and user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver best-practice solutions using Microsoft 365, focusing on Dynamics 365, Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint Online, and Power BI.
  • Gather business requirements through engagement with stakeholders; clarify needs and provide expert guidance on solutions.
  • Analyze business processes to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement and automation.
  • Capture requirements as user stories, document solutions, and develop proof of concepts as needed.
  • Implement new processes, features, and tools, document improvements, and measure impact.
  • Produce supporting documentation for Dynamics and Power Platform-based solutions.
  • Maintain a current skillset in Dynamics and Power Platform, with an emphasis on no-code and out-of-the-box (OOTB) configurations.
  • Ensure quality through rigorous testing and provide support across the Digital Workspace landscape.
Risk Management:
  • Collaborate with team members to manage risks, identify emerging threats, and develop treatment plans.
Business Engagement:
  • Engage with business units to understand needs, advise on Microsoft 365 technology solutions, and provide ongoing support for issue resolution.
Process Excellence:
  • Document, analyze, and optimize development and architectural processes to ensure reliable and effective execution.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Information Technology or relevant qualification
  • 2+ years of experience in IT roles focused on Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform, including Power Apps, Dataverse, and Power Automate
  • Proven ability in utilizing Dynamics, Power Platform, and SharePoint Online to deliver solutions, with a preference for OOTB products
  • Proficiency in extending Dynamics and Model-Driven apps with JavaScript, plugins, and custom pages
  • Experience setting up and managing Power Platform environments and security
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience within project governance frameworks
  • Analytical skills to assess IT requirements and design, deploy, test, implement, and support IT systems

$120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience. Located in Brisbane, QLD, Australia.
