Job Title: Manager – Business Consulting

At Mitra Innovation Group, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager – Business Consulting to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and success through strategic consulting and advisory services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a conduit between business and development teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, fostering trust and confidence in our organization.
  • Analyze business problems and design solutions that meet desired business objectives, driving innovation and improvement.
  • Elicit business requirements and translate them into functional, transition, and non-functional requirements, ensuring clarity and precision.
  • Formulate solution roadmaps based on business objectives and goals, driving strategic decision-making.
  • Perform backlog refinement and document requirements in the form of user stories, ensuring effective project planning.
  • Collaborate with development and quality teams on ideation, design, and testing, driving solution development and implementation.
  • Lead Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, showcases, and retrospective meetings, promoting team collaboration and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in executing Business Analyst activities, with a strong track record of success.
  • Proven experience in collaborating with remote teams, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, with the ability to drive results and achieve goals.
  • Quick learner with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of business management or Information Technology.
