As a key member of the Hudson team, you will be responsible for leading multiple system enhancement projects for a large complex healthcare organisation in Brisbane CBD with flexible work arrangements. This initial contract until June 2025 offers a competitive daily rate, with likely extensions.

  • You will manage requirements for all project phases, ensuring traceability and high-quality deliverables.
  • Leads business, functional and non-functional requirements elicitation and development, providing expert analysis advice and support.
  • Oversight of business process modelling activities, delivering comprehensive documentation capability.
  • Analyse business requirements, applying critical thinking skills to drive informed decision-making.
  • Initiate, influence and maintain relationships within the project team and with stakeholders, driving effective collaboration.

Mandatory qualifications include prior experience as a Business/Business Systems Analyst in a large healthcare organisation, COTS ICT Implementation projects experience, and strong negotiation, consultation and communication skills.

  • Prior experience as a Business/Business Systems Analyst within a large healthcare organisation is essential.
  • Clients expect consultants with commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) ICT Implementation projects experience or similar.
  • Strong technical documentation skills and end-to-end testing experience are crucial.
  • Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities are necessary for success.
  • BPMN skills and experience in establishing target and future state business process models are highly valued.
  • Leadership and mentoring skills, as well as relevant tertiary qualifications and methodologies, are required.

The daily rate for this position includes a mandatory 25% casual loading, making it an attractive option for experienced professionals.
