Job Description

Job Title: Business Consultant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Consultant to join our team at Mitra Innovation Group. As a Business Consultant, you will play a key role in driving business growth and improvement by analyzing business problems and designing solutions to meet desired business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a conduit between business and development teams, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder management.
  • Analyze business problems and design solutions to meet desired business objectives.
  • Elicit business requirements and translate them into functional, transition, and non-functional requirements.
  • Formulate solution roadmaps based on business objectives and goals.
  • Perform backlog refinement and document requirements in the form of user stories.
  • Drive solution development by collaborating with development and quality teams on ideation, design, and testing.
  • Collaborate with the team on routine issue resolution in planning and monitoring.
  • Actively lead Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-up, showcases, and retrospective meetings.

Requirements:

  • Exposure to the disability insurance sector would be advantageous.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Experience in collaborating with remote teams.
  • Experience in deriving, analyzing, and evaluating business solutions.
  • Drive for achieving results.
  • Quick learner.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of business management or Information Technology.
  • 5 or more years of experience in executing Business Analyst activities.

Working Conditions:

The post holder may be required to work at any of the Mitra sites in line with service and operational needs. The post holder may be required to undertake such other duties temporarily or on a continuing basis as may be required commensurate with this role. This may include periods of time working on client premises and/or internationally.
