About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Sales professional to join our team at Amadeus Hospitality. As a Commercial Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales activities across our Inside Sales segment to acquire new customers and retain existing ones.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Acquisition: Drive sales activities to acquire new customers in accordance with our commercial principles of sustainable and profitable growth.
  • Retention: Manage existing customer relationships to ensure retention and effective management of our customer portfolio.
  • Development: Drive business development activities with prospects and existing customers to achieve growth in our Inside Sales segments and increase revenues through the introduction of new solutions and services.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience working within the Travel Industry.
  • Understanding of Account Management and Business Development.
  • Customer service skills and the ability to understand implications and commercial impact of technical issues.
  • Ability to compile and adhere to a structured sales plan.
  • Knowledge of online booking tools – corporate or business-to-business.
  • Confidence in terms of communication and self-management.
