
Oncology Nursing Professional

This role is for an experienced clinical professional who can provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic team environment.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver evidence-based nursing care to patients, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Liaise with the multidisciplinary team to ensure effective care delivery and collaborative problem-solving.
- Supervise, direct, and guide Enrolled Nurses (ENs) and Assistants in Nursing (AINs) to deliver exceptional patient care.
- Develop and implement patient education programs to support individuals/patients in managing their health recovery, rehabilitation, or end-of-life needs.
As a clinical oncology specialist, you will be responsible for providing expert nursing care to patients with complex needs. You will work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery and make informed decisions about patient care.
Our hospital is a leading acute surgical hospital serving the local community, offering various services including Surgical Day Surgery, Cardiovascular Surgery, Oncology Unit, and Mental Health Unit.
Requirements- Current Registration with AHPRA.
- Working with Children check.
- Minimum 2 years recent Oncology Nursing experience.
- Competent in Chemotherapy/Immunotherapy Administration.
- ADAC trained and certified.
- Commitment to Quality Patient Care.
- Flexibility to work across one or multiple hospitals across our network.
