Job Title: Dedicated Oncology Nurse

We are seeking an experienced oncology nurse with excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care to join our healthcare team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide evidence-based nursing care that is compassionate, patient-centered and meets the highest standards of quality.
  • Liaise effectively with the multi-disciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Ensure patient and staff safety through vigilant monitoring and proactive risk management.
  • Supervise, direct, and guide nursing team members to deliver exceptional patient care.
  • Deliver education and support to individuals/patients for the management of their health recovery, rehabilitation, or end-of-life needs.

As a dedicated oncology nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with the multi-disciplinary team to ensure effective care delivery.

Requirements:

  • Current registration with the relevant nursing authority.
  • Working with children check.
  • Minimum 2 years recent oncology nursing experience.
  • Competent in chemotherapy/immunotherapy administration.
  • Competent in IV cannulation & accessing of CVAD/ports.
  • ADAC trained and certified.
  • Commitment to quality patient care.
  • Compliance with national healthcare standards.
  • Sound clinical decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work well independently and within a team.
  • Basic computer skills.
