Job Overview

The Remuneration Governance and Regulation Analyst role is responsible for the delivery of high-quality materials to senior management, the Board, and regulators, ensuring compliance with remuneration regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor peer remuneration arrangements and disclosures and market benchmarking data.
  • Draft clear, concise, and well-structured documents, including PowerPoint packs tailored for senior management, the Board, and regulatory bodies.
  • Advise on and manage compliance with remuneration regulation, including producing board packs and other disclosures and reporting for regulatory bodies.
  • Collaborate with key internal stakeholders (including Investor Relations, Risk Management, and Finance) on various year-end processes in preparation of the Remuneration Report which is published annually as part of the annual report.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience in an accounting or remuneration related field, with proven ability to work under pressure and against exacting timelines whilst maintaining high levels of attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to communicate technical issues clearly, in addition to demonstrable experience in producing high-quality, professional documentation.
  • High level of numeracy and a strong interest in working with numerical data coupled with the ability to analyse and interpret data to inform decision making.
  • Experienced user of core Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook). Advanced knowledge of Excel preferred.
