Responsibilities:
  • Process financial transactions, including room charges, debit and credit payments, cash, and cheques according to established procedures.
  • Manage guest check-in and check-out processes, handle wake-up call requests efficiently.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by answering phones and handling overnight guest queries in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Operate night audit property management systems or manual equivalents with accuracy and precision.
  • Perform additional tasks such as concierge services and special guest requests as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong accounting and mathematical skills for accurate auditing and payment processing.
  • Proven cash handling experience for counting and securing bank and processing cash payments.
  • Proficiency in computer software, particularly Property Management Systems (PMS).
  • Excellent verbal communication and listening skills for effective interactions with guests and staff.
  • Knowledge of hotel operations, local area information, and offers is highly desirable.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and conflicting deadlines.
