Graduate Occupational Therapist

We are seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic graduates who share our passion for making a difference in the lives of children. You will be part of a close-knit team that welcomes fresh ideas and supports your career ambitions.

The role involves working with children to help them achieve their development milestones, such as fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination. You will also educate and involve parents, carers and others to facilitate the development and learning of children.

You will have the opportunity to work in-clinic and in-community, and enjoy a combination of autonomous practice and collaborative teamwork. Our multidisciplinary teams inspire an environment of connection and collaboration, where you can contribute to holistic care approaches for our clients.

Your Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement occupational therapy plans to support children's developmental needs
  • Educate and involve families in their child's treatment plan
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
  • Maintain accurate records of client progress and outcomes
Qualifications and Skills
  • A degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Eligibility for AHPRA registration upon graduating
  • Excellent communication and time management skills, and attention to detail
  • A full valid driver's license, with access to your own vehicle with third party insurance
  • A valid Working with Children Check, or be willing to obtain
  • A clear current Police Check, or be willing to obtain
  • NDIS Workers Screening Clearance, or be willing to obtain
  • First Aid and CPR certification, or be willing to obtain
