Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapy Specialist to join our team. As an Occupational Therapy Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting clients' return to work and life after injury.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop effective plans to address them.
  • Perform Activities of Daily Living assessments to determine equipment or household services prescriptions that cater to clients' unique needs.
  • Interpret physical demands and environments through worksite assessments, informing clients' short-term and long-term goals.
  • Complete comprehensive functional capacity evaluations to accurately assess clients' abilities.
  • Collaborate with health practitioners to ensure cohesive care plans.
  • Develop and implement rehabilitation activities tailored to clients' individual requirements.
  • Analyse medical reports to inform treatment decisions.
