Occupational Therapist Job Description

The Occupational Therapist will be part of our graduate program, supporting Australians to maximise workforce participation and ensure a safe working environment.

  • Evaluate treatment and rehabilitation needs of workers with injuries or illnesses, conducting assessments such as initial needs, workplace assessments, ergonomics, and activities of daily living.
  • Help clients identify future employment or training options by reviewing their transferable skills, qualifications, and interests.

We offer flexibility in working hours, support for setup including fleet cars, work phones, and laptops. Our team provides access to free personal and professional development courses and wellbeing benefits.

To succeed in this role, you must have a Degree in Occupational Therapy, eligibility for AHPRA accreditation upon graduating, and graduated within the last 12 months or graduating in 2025. Comcare accreditation is desirable but not essential.
