Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of an Occupational Therapist. The successful candidate will be responsible for helping clients achieve their goals and improve their quality of life through the use of therapeutic activities and exercises.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct assessments to determine clients' needs and develop tailored treatment plans
  • Work with clients to establish realistic goals and objectives for therapy
  • Implement effective therapeutic activities and exercises to help clients achieve their goals
  • Monitor clients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
  • Educate clients and their families on how to utilize adaptive equipment and techniques to enhance daily living skills
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care is provided
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of clients' progress and treatment plans
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Current state license to practice as an Occupational Therapist
  • Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology
  • Experience working with clients of all ages and backgrounds
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
