Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team of healthcare professionals. The Occupational Therapist will help clients achieve their goals and improve their quality of life through the use of therapeutic activities and exercises.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine clients' needs and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Work with clients to establish realistic goals and objectives for therapy.
  • Implement tailored therapeutic activities and exercises to help clients achieve their goals.
  • Monitor clients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
  • Educate clients and their families on how to utilize adaptive equipment and techniques to enhance daily living skills.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure clients receive comprehensive care.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of clients' progress and treatment plans.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
  • Current state license to practice as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology.
  • Experience working with diverse client populations across various age groups.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
