Strategic Product Launch Specialist

We are seeking a Trade Marketing Manager to launch new products, manage category performance, and lead promotional plans in the FMCG industry.
Key responsibilities include:
- Product Launch Strategy: Work closely with brand managers to align strategies, manage timelines, and ensure readiness for each category review.
- Category Management Expertise: Liaise with Nielsen, IRI, and Quantium to maintain top-notch scan data and category performance reports, influencing strategic decisions.
- Promotional Plan Leadership: Lead promotional plans, track trade spend, and collaborate with finance and Wipro to resolve P&L reporting.
- KPIs and Growth Drivers: Maintain smooth communication across teams, ensure timely Promax exports, and align strategies for new product launches.
Requirements:
- Trade marketing experience is a significant advantage but not essential
- Relevant degree qualification
- At least 5 years of experience in the FMCG space (with Food and Beverage experience highly regarded)
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Sharp analytical skills and ability to dive into data to uncover insights
- Experience in category or key account management in Australian grocery markets
- Proficiency with Nielsen, IRI, and Quantium is essential
