Product Launch Coordinator Role
As a proactive and dynamic coordinator at our state-of-the-art facility in Melbourne, you will embark on an exciting journey where innovation and excellence converge. Reporting directly to the Quality Manager, you will be at the forefront of product launch initiatives, spearheading the coordination and management of multiple projects set to hit our production site in the upcoming year.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively plan, manage, and coordinate resources for site product projects, ensuring timely delivery and seamless execution.
- Manage the end-to-end product launch process specification program in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Serve as the site product launch liaison for the manufacturing team, overseeing all site-level trials and testing.
- Coordinate and direct product launch projects through successful collaboration with cross-functional site teams.
- Brief and support the site teams in areas of product development, spanning liquid, packaging, planning, and raw materials.
- Build, govern, and deliver product launch plans for the site, ensuring alignment with supply and demand plans to meet timely objectives.
- Improve organisational effectiveness through the development and deployment of solutions to enhance productivity and foster a performance culture.
- Facilitate the implementation of change initiatives, ensuring seamless integration and adaptability.
- Engage with various stakeholders to drive accountability and ensure risk management processes are followed.
