We're seeking a proactive and detail-driven Trade Marketing Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:- NPD: Collaborate with NAMs and brand managers to launch new products, manage timelines, and optimize category reviews.
- Category Management Expertise: Liaise with Nielsen, IRI, and Quantium to maintain accurate scan data and category performance reports. Your insights will drive strategic decisions on promotional strategies and competitive positioning.
- Promax Mastery: Ensure accurate promotional plans are entered into Promax, track monthly trade spend, and collaborate with finance and Wipro to resolve P&L reporting at both the account and brand levels.
- KPIs and Growth: Maintain smooth communication across teams, ensure timely Promax exports, and align strategies for new product launches to meet key milestones and budget targets.
- Trade marketing experience is highly valued but not essential
- A degree in a relevant field such as business or marketing.
- At least 5 years of experience in the FMCG space, preferably in Food and Beverage.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Sharp analytical skills and the ability to extract valuable insights from data.
- Experience in category or key account management in Australian grocery markets is essential.
- Proficiency with Nielsen, IRI, and Quantium is crucial for success in this role.
