We are looking for a results-driven Trade Marketing Manager to join our team.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and detail-driven professional to bring energy and expertise to our trade marketing efforts.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, be comfortable collaborating with different teams, and have a passion for the FMCG industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • NPD: The successful candidate will help launch new products by working closely with NAMs and brand managers to align NPD strategies, manage timelines, and ensure we're ready for each category review.
  • Procure trade samples and packaging that make these products shine.
  • Category Management Guru: They will liaise with Nielsen, IRI, and Quantium to keep our scan data and category performance reports top-notch.
  • Insights will directly influence key strategic decisions, including promotional strategies and competitive positioning.
  • Promax Mastery: The successful candidate will lead the charge by ensuring promotional plans are entered accurately into Promax.
  • They will maintain smooth communication across teams, ensure timely Promax exports, and align on strategies for new product launches.
What We're Looking For
  • A degree in a relevant field.
  • Proven experience in the FMCG space (at least 5 years). Food and Beverage experience highly regarded.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Sharp analytical skills and the ability to dive into data to uncover insights.
  • Experience in category or key account management in Australian grocery markets.
  • Proficiency with Nielsen, IRI, and Quantium is essential.
