Product Manager - Electronic Document Management System (EDMS)

This role plays a key leadership position in driving the development and delivery of industry-leading software solutions that help customers manage complex asset documentation and compliance requirements.

The Product Manager leads a cross-functional team of product managers, product owners, and UI designers located across EMEA and APAC regions. The manager ensures alignment with the broader product strategy and seeks ways to combine EDMS offerings while executing with excellence at the regional and product-specific level.

This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with a passion for customer-centric innovation, deep product development expertise, and the ability to operate in a global, matrixed environment.

  • Team Leadership & Development: Lead and coach a team of EMEA and APAC-based product managers, product owners, and UI designers focused on the EDMS product suite.
  • Product Ownership & Execution: Drive the day-to-day execution of product roadmaps for EDMS, ensuring delivery of high-quality, scalable, and user-friendly solutions.
  • Customer & Market Insight: Maintain a deep understanding of customer workflows, pain points, and industry requirements in asset-intensive industries.
  • Regional Collaboration & Support: Serve as the local product leadership presence in the APAC region, partnering closely with regional sales, customer success, services, and support teams.
  • Alignment with Global Product Strategy: Ensure all product initiatives align with the overarching vision, goals, and architectural direction set by Asset Solutions leadership.
Key Qualifications
  • 6+ years of product management experience in SaaS or enterprise software, with at least 2+ years in a people leadership role.
  • Experience working with or managing product teams in a global or regional structure.
  • Proven success in leading cross-functional teams through the full product lifecycle.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience with product ownership best practices.
