Do you have the leadership skills to guide a team in a dynamic factory environment?

This exciting opportunity is available for an experienced production leader or supervisor to oversee the day-to-day production requirements at our window furnishings manufacturer.

You will have the chance to work with a broad range of internal window coverings products, ensuring deadlines and production expectations are met while driving the factory and employees to excel in their areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a small team within a manufacturing environment
  • Supervise fabrication, assembly, and dispatch departments
  • Coordinate stock ordering and monitor stock control levels
  • Monitor production schedules, KPIs, and conduct regular meetings
  • Implement and streamline manufacturing processes, procedures, and systems
  • Communicate daily with internal members to achieve required outcomes

Requirements:

  • Attention to detail with computer knowledge
  • Stock control and ordering skills with tight lead times
  • Daily on-site presence to open and close the factory
  • Manufacturing background with strong organisational skills
  • Hands-on work ethic with passion and energy to achieve targets
