You will manage concrete batching, schedule deliveries, and operate plant equipment.
No prior batching experience?
No problem — we'll provide full training to ensure you are successful in this role

Responsibilities
Provide excellent phone-based customer service and represent the Hy-Tec brand
Take orders, finalise sales, and batch concrete to specific mix designs
Schedule rostering and truck movements using software
Ensure compliance with Chain of Responsibility requirements
Order raw materials as needed
What you will need to Succeed
Experience in a similar role and confidence with computers (Command/Jonel batching systems) would be highly regarded
Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with diverse customers
Plant Operator experience (FEL preferred)
Proven ability to prioritise work effectively in a fast-paced environment
