NOW HIRING: Water Cart Driver (Nudgee Beach) & Plant Operator (Stapylton)
Great hourly rates | Temp-to-perm opportunities | Overtime available
We're currently seeking two experienced operators for roles based at Nudgee Beach and Stapylton, working with reputable concrete crushing and recycling operations.
Position 1: Water Cart Driver – Nudgee BeachWhat you'll be doing:
Operating a water cart on a busy concrete crushing site
Assisting with dust suppression and site maintenance
Working full-time with potential for permanent placement
What we're looking for:
Valid Water Cart Ticket
Proven experience in similar role
HR Licence – Nice to have, but not essential
Reliable and safety-conscious operator
Pay Rate: $39–$41/hour + Overtime
Full-time hours | Temp-to-perm role
Position 2: Plant Operator – StapyltonWhat you'll be doing:
Operating Excavators and Loaders on-site
Feeding crushers and managing material stockpiles
Assisting in general site duties as required
What we're looking for:
Excavator and Loader experience (tickets preferred)
Background in quarry or recycling environments a big bonus
Able to commit to long hours and a strong work ethic
Pay Rate: $42–$46/hour + Overtime
50–60 hour work weeks | Temp-to-perm opportunity
