You will perform opening duties to ensure organized and efficient operations.
Throughout the day, you will supervise yardmen, drivers, and dispatchers, scheduling their duties and overseeing execution to ensure high-quality work, timely deliveries, and customer satisfaction.
You will also interface with customers to sell additional services, assess their needs, and provide solutions, fostering positive relationships within the community and supporting business growth.
Your satisfaction comes from running an efficient team and making customers happyQUALIFICATIONSPrior management experience in the industry Ready-mix concrete knowledge and experience Ability to clearly communicate goals and expectations to a team Strong ability to balance competing priorities while meeting deadlines Honest, dependable, and reliable Ability to establish rapport with customers and coworkers easily This role offers a competitive salary and benefits , including health insurance, a 401(k), and paid time off.
