Highway Engineering Manager

The Principal Engineer will be part of the Bruce Highway Targeted Safety Program, a major initiative to reduce crash severity and frequency on the highway.
About the Role- Manage road rehabilitation programs;
- Implement efficient procedures and best practice in contract performance and construction practices;
- Maintain relevant standards and policies necessary for responsible decisions;
- Identify and manage stakeholders and expectations;
- Lead the development and delivery of maintenance programs;
- Monitor and improve contract performance and construction practices;
- Apply all relevant standards, policies, and guidelines;
- Coordinate with various stakeholders and manage issues;
This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, along with the ability to foster teamwork and achieve objectives.
