For a medical/healthcare project in Sydney's CBD, we are seeking an experienced site manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the $9M fit out project and ensuring it is completed on time.

The Role:
  • Coordinate sub-contractors, suppliers, and materials deliveries
  • Liaise with clients to guarantee project success
  • Manage construction programs and report to the Project Manager
  • Liaise with commercial teams to identify variations and claims
  • Ensure OHS compliance on site, including conducting site inductions

The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial or retail refurbishments and possess sound knowledge of the construction market, including sub-contractors. They should also have good man-management skills, with the ability to motivate and drive both direct and sub-contract labor.
