Site Manager Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Manager to oversee project mobilization, execution, and completion at customer sites.

This role is critical in ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery of our solutions.

The successful candidate will have experience in site management, preferably in marine or energy projects, and will possess strong leadership and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare site mobilization and execution plans.
  • Manage site administration, organization, and resource planning.
  • Advising on installation activities and coordinating execution schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations, as well as industry standards.
  • Conduct site inductions for all personnel.
  • Organize and lead site meetings.
  • Establish and maintain effective site reporting practices.
  • Monitor work progress and collect accurate reports.
  • Promote cost-effective and efficient construction practices.
  • Manage site budgets and control costs.
  • Participate in subcontracting and local procurement activities.
  • Ensure quality control and minimize risks throughout site execution.
  • Oversee site demobilization and ensure contractual obligations are met.
