Job Title: Infrastructure Project Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Infrastructure Project Coordinator in Sydney. This role involves working closely with project teams, supervisors and site crews to ensure the safe, efficient and high-quality delivery of infrastructure projects.

Australia and New Zealand have a long history of infrastructure development, with many iconic projects completed over the years. As an Infrastructure Project Coordinator, you will play a key part in planning, coordinating and monitoring day-to-day site activities to ensure program, quality and safety standards are met.

This is a full-time permanent position based in Sydney, offering a competitive salary range of $90,000 – $110,000 plus superannuation, dependent on experience. The successful candidate will have tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering or a related discipline, and previous experience in civil infrastructure projects. They will also possess strong organisational skills, a proactive and safety-first mindset, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with project teams, consultants and clients.

About the Role:
  • Plan, coordinate and monitor day-to-day site activities to ensure program, quality and safety standards are met.
  • Collaborate with project engineers, supervisors and site crews to deliver diverse and technically challenging infrastructure projects across Sydney.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations and industry standards.

As an Infrastructure Project Coordinator, you will work closely with our experienced project teams to deliver high-quality results. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating and monitoring day-to-day site activities, ensuring that program, quality and safety standards are met.
