Civil Site Engineer

We are seeking a dedicated professional to lead our Civil Team.

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring quality, environmental, and safety aspects of the project are addressed.

  • Prepare Inspection Test Reports and conduct internal audits on project suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Lead by example in meeting safety KPIs and continually assess and control high-risk activities and hazards.
  • Provide support in planning materials, resources, and systems usage within the project.
  • Manage the operational aspects of work crews to ensure effective use of systems and processes.
  • Coordinate resource allocation and track subcontractor resources daily.
  • Maintain project schedule by monitoring progress and coordinating activities.

Key qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree (Engineering).
  • Preferable 2+ years experience in a construction/engineering environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with others.
  • Establish and steward overall delivery work plans.
  • Ensure all relevant regulatory requirements are satisfied.
  • Competent in planning and organising work schedules.
  • Working knowledge of HS&E requirements and implementation of same.
  • Clear communication - verbal and written.
