We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an IELTS Invigilator at Broome.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of test day activities. As an IELTS Invigilator, you will play a critical role in maintaining the high standards of the IELTS program and providing a positive experience for our customers.

Main Responsibilities
  • Customer Service:
    • Provide outstanding support to customers throughout their journey, ensuring that they receive a seamless experience from pre-test to post-test.
    • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including colleagues, customers, and other partners.
    • Act as a trusted advisor, providing guidance on official IELTS preparation tools and IDP services.
    • Serve clients with diverse backgrounds and abilities, demonstrating empathy and understanding.
  • Operations Management:
    • Manage test day activities, including customer registration and supervision of the test.
    • Prepare and distribute essential documents and materials for the test day.
    • Update digital records and databases, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
    • Coordinate the scheduling of Speaking tests and ensure timely communication with candidates.
    • Maintain the confidentiality and security of sensitive information and materials.
    • Troubleshoot technical issues, using problem-solving skills to resolve problems efficiently.
  • Quality and Compliance:
    • Evaluate all aspects of test day activities against IELTS standards and policies.
    • Ensure the secure storage, management, and access of sensitive data and materials.
    • Respond promptly to any incidents or potential security risks, taking proactive steps to mitigate issues.
    • Complete required training and policy acknowledgments, demonstrating commitment to excellence.
    • Conduct work in a professional manner, upholding organisational values and ethics.
