Job Role: IELTS Invigilator in Perth

This is a casual role for our IELTS testing location at Perth. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and effectively within a team, providing exceptional customer service to all customers.

  • Manage test day activities including customer registration and supervision of the test.
  • Prepare test day documents and update digital databases and records.
  • Oversee and update the schedule of Speaking tests and ensure all pre-test, test day and post-test activities meet IELTS standards.
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and best practice.

Key Accountabilities: Customer Service, Operations Management, Quality and Compliance.

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Outstanding customer service skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively within a team.
  • Customer and quality-focused with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Experience using MS Office and Microsoft Teams.
