Marketing Director

About the Role:

  • Lead the strategic development and execution of all marketing initiatives across multiple platforms.
  • Create and deliver smart, creative strategies that elevate the brand, generate quality leads, and drive measurable results.
  • Work closely with Sales, Leadership, and internal teams to deliver consistent brand experiences.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to increase brand awareness and drive sales growth.
  2. Manage digital presence including social media, paid media, SEO, and website funnels.
  3. Champion brand identity and customer experience across all touchpoints.
  4. Lead market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to guide strategy.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years' experience in marketing, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Strategic, hands-on marketer with extensive experience driving results through CRM, email marketing, social media, and web management.
