Operations Manager Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable Operations Manager to join our airport team in Queensland, Australia on a full-time basis.

  • The successful candidate will have experience in managing day-to-day operational activities and coordinating, supervising, and ensuring efficient utilisation of the team.
  • This role involves overseeing all operational and service delivery activities to ensure all flights are serviced according to MPS, meet the Customer SLA's, and achieve the OTP.
  • The Operations Manager will support business development and implement systems and procedures that support the efficient and effective operation of the unit.
  • This role requires making recommendations on service procedures, quality improvements, and national business development requirements.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Demonstrated success in a similar role
  • Proven supervisory and leadership experience

  • A good level of leadership agility, diplomacy, and ability to resolve complex problems
