Are you a seasoned property manager looking for a new challenge?

We are seeking an experienced Owners Corporation Manager to join our team and take on a portfolio of properties in the inner suburbs.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the strata industry and/or property management experience, with excellent communication and administrative skills.

Key responsibilities will include managing a portfolio of residential and commercial properties, dealing with accounts, admin, letters, breach notices, maintenance requests etc.

You will work closely with our directors and other staff members to ensure seamless service delivery to our clients.

Working hours are Monday to Friday 9-5:00pm, with no weekends or after-hours work required.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of properties in the inner suburbs
  • Deal with accounts, admin, letters, breach notices, maintenance requests etc
  • Work closely with directors and other staff members
  • Ensure seamless service delivery to clients

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of the strata industry and/or property management experience
  • Excellent communication and administrative skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High level of organisational and time management skills
