About the Role:

We're seeking a talented Marketing Campaign Coordinator to join our team in Melbourne. This is an exciting opportunity to gain experience in a range of areas, including media bookings, campaign management, event support, and reporting. You'll have the chance to collaborate with a wide range of team members and stakeholders in a fun and supportive environment.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide broad support to the marketing team across media, trade, consumer, and campaign activities.
  • Assist with campaign administration, including project management, material instruction, tracking, and post-campaign reporting.
  • Help manage design and video projects.
  • Support the preparation and execution of trade events, occasionally involving out-of-hours work (with time in lieu).
  • Process purchase orders and invoices.
  • Handle administrative tasks for the marketing team, including tech and logistics support, and assist the leadership team with travel and meeting coordination.
  • Update and maintain SCA websites with current information.
  • Oversee media buying and manage campaign delivery across paid and owned channels.
  • Manage the day-to-day implementation of campaigns, including media scheduling, booking, and tracking.

What You'll Need:

We're looking for someone with experience in agency or in-house marketing/media roles, a broad understanding of the media landscape, and tertiary or related qualifications in marketing or a similar discipline. You'll also need strong computer skills and excellent oral and written communication skills.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience
