Marketing Campaign Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Kingfisher Recruitment Pty Ltd.
Main Responsibilities- Coordinate and design high-level marketing campaigns for sale and lease initiatives.
- Monitor and manage unsubscribe emails and prepare sold and leased eDMs.
- Process invoices and conduct image markups.
- Update in-house brochures, including template updates.
- Distribute and save IMs (send to print, save in relevant file locations, upload to Issuu).
- Proofread leasing brochures and magazine.
- Manage TrustPilot and Google reviews, including responses.
- Assist with public relations and prepare company packs.
- Coordinate and prepare corporate eDMs (e.g., Christmas, Easter).
- Experience in an office environment and administration.
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team.
- Strong time management skills and research capability.
- Eagerness to learn and a proactive approach.
- Property experience is highly desirable.
